Lolo School wants to give a big THANKS to Korrie Butler for her six (or more) years as PTSA President, which compliments over decade with PTSA. Korrie remains a member of PTSA and will help with events and support the school.

Lolo Middle School honors our nation’s veterans at the fourth annual Veterans Celebration. This year’s program featured student poems, quotes from local vets, and a preview of their upcoming documentary project, Stories That Need to be Told’ which will debut in early 2020. Guest keynote speaker Ellsbeth Richards shared stories of her lifelong connection to the military. The extracurricular choir and 7th/8th band performed beautifully. There was a reception afterwards with class-made treats and fellowship.

Lolo Lions Club- with help from other Lions, volunteers and nurse DawnPat-screened Lolo’s K-5 students’ vision. This free service is part of the Lions Club global vision to be a leader in humanitarian service. Each screening takes only a few seconds and simply indicates if a family may want to follow up with their child’s doctor regarding their vision. Thanks, Lions Club!
